The ARCHEOS website limits the use of cookies to what is strictly necessary and to audience measurement. No advertising cookies are placed.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the website to function and do not require your consent. In particular, the site stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (key archeos-cookie-consent) so that you are not asked again on every visit.

Audience measurement

Audience measurement helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. The website relies on two tools:

• Matomo (a solution hosted by the Soletanche Freyssinet group), configured without cookies (“disableCookies” option): it places no cookie on your device and only collects anonymised statistics;
• Google Analytics 4 (Google), which places audience-measurement cookies (in particular _ga and _ga_*) to measure site traffic. These cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months.

You can accept or decline audience measurement at any time via the cookie banner (“Audience measurement” section).

Managing your consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, decline or set cookies by category. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, which will make the banner reappear.

Retention period

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key archeos-cookie-consent) and remains valid for 6 months, in line with the recommendations of the supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). You can change it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
