ARCHEOS, a project led by NUVIA and the CEA, attaches great importance to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and applicable data protection law.
Data controller
ARCHEOS — société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with share capital of €5,000, Paris Trade Register B 775 685 019, whose registered office is at Le Ponant, 25 rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris — France.
Data collected
The website only collects the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the content of your message.
No browsing data is collected for advertising purposes. Audience measurement, if enabled, relies on anonymised statistics (see the cookie policy).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used only to respond to your request and manage our relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest of ARCHEOS in processing the requests it receives.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the authorised teams of ARCHEOS, NUVIA and the CEA in charge of handling your request. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to:
